With this very mild winter the cutting back of the herbs has been drawn out to the beginning of Spring! We still have plants to cut back and are hoping for a hard frost and some snow sometime over the next month to reset everything before we are plunged into the next growing season. Here’s a video made from the garden mid December on cutting back Ballota nigra (Black Horehound) and Nepeta cataria (Catnip).
