Description
Taiwanofungus camphorata (Syn. Antrodia camphorata)
A rare fungus native to Taiwan, where it grows exclusively on the small-flowered camphor tree (Cinnamomum kanehirae). Due to historical overharvesting and deforestation, wild specimens are now scarce.
Because wild Antrodia is scarce and slow-growing, modern biotechnology has enabled cultivation of its mycelium through submerged (deep-liquid) fermentation, creating a clean, sustainable and consistent source of its key compounds.
MycoNutri™ Antrodia contains fermented mycelium, rich in naturally occurring polysaccharides and triterpenoids, uniting traditional heritage with modern scientific precision.
MycoNutri™ Antrodia uses mycelium grown by liquid fermentation with a guaranteed minimum of 4% triterpenes.

Raw Material manufacturing process
The fermented mycelium of Antrodia camphorata is produced through submerged fermentation (also known as deep-liquid fermentation), which differs fundamentally from conventional solid-state fermentation.
In submerged fermentation, the mycelium grows within a liquid nutrient medium under precisely controlled conditions. This method allows the mycelium to be cleanly separated from the growth medium, ensuring a pure and uncontaminated biomass and producing a product with greater consistency and potency compared to solid-state cultures, which often contain residual substrate materials.
After fermentation, the mycelium is harvested, freeze-dried or low-temperature air-dried, then milled into a fine powder, sterilised, sieved, and passed through a metal detector to ensure purity and safety.
