Building Immunity For Better health

This much requested 1 day course covers everything you or your family needs to know to support immunity working with herbal medicine approaches to a range of common health conditions from general bacterial infections to viruses.

We will cover the link between the gut and immunity and how best to support this by working with specific herbs. Tackling respiratory infections - how they affect us and the best natural solutions. The best respiratory herbs and immune modulators will be covered with lots of demonstrations and tasters of simple yet effective medicines.

We will discuss protocols for deeper infections, including Lyme, with an introduction to understanding the best herbal antibiotics and antiviral herbs, with more demonstrations and tasters.

This course includes a delicious hearty vegan lunch and teas/coffees and snacks on breaks.

Our medicinal plant nursery is open with plants to purchase during courses ran between May & October at Ivywood.

Course attendees are welcome to avail of short walks in the Ivywood woodland during lunch and tea breaks.

Please note this course is for over 16's. Children may NOT accompany course attendees.
